Your Company Vault is a mechanism to ensure that sensitive user information is stored securely and is only accessed by authorized users. Before you can use Talent Search, you'll need to setup a Company Vault.
Setting Up Your Company Vault
In order to initially setup your company vault, navigate to any page under Talent Search. In the top-right corner of the site, there will be a Setup Vault button. Pressing on this will prompt you to enter a password.
This password should be stored securely and only shared with those who are meant to be able to view sensitive user information. Do not lose this password, as there is no way to recover it and it can only be reset by contacting Hack The Box directly.
After entering your desired password, press the Create button to finish the process.
Accessing the Vault
Anytime you wish to access sensitive user information, you will need to first Unlock your Company Vault. You can do so by pressing the Unlock button in the top right corner of Talent Search.
Unlocking the Vault does so only for you. The Company Vault will not unlock for other users unless they themselves unlock it with the password. The Vault will automatically lock for you again once you logout.
