Service Onboarding
During the initial onboarding stage, Hack The Box will manually create your organization within the Enterprise Platform, and send an invite to an initial Organization Admin. Once the initial Admin has access to the Platform, they will then be able to begin inviting users to join the organization.

Registering as a User For The First Time
In order to register an account with your organization on the Enterprise Platform, you'll need to have one of your Organization Admins send you an invitation as detailed in the article above.
Once they've done so, you'll receive an email inviting you to register an account.
Clicking on the Accept button will redirect you to an Invitation verification page, you can choose to log in to your HTB Account or Create a new one, note that you will be redirected to the new account creation after a few seconds automatically if you don't choose anything.
If you already have an HTB Account
If you already have an HTB Account that is not linked to any Enterprise account enter your credentials and you will log in, you can then add your enterprise email as secondary to your HTB Account.
If you have already linked an Enterprise account under that HTB Account you will see There was a problem logging you.You already have an enterprise account.
error and you will need to login directly to the login page using the Continue with HTB Account button.HTB Account can only be linked to one Enterprise Account only, if you have another invitation you will need to create a second HTB Account.
If you don't have an HTB Account
Click on the Create a new Account button to create one
After filling out all the fields you will receive a verification email.
In case you can't see the list of countries when filling in the country field please whitelist the following domain https://atlas.prod.htb.systems/countries
Click the button to verify your email address and complete the registration process. From here, you will be able to login to the Enterprise Platform as a user of your organization.
Login and Access
After successfully creating the account, you can access it using the login page
Using the Login with HTB Account you will be redirected to the HTB Account login page where you need to enter your credentials to access the account, once you log in you will be redirected to the Enterprise Platform.
Starting November 12th, 2024, if you previously had an Enterprise Account that wasn’t linked to an HTB Account, you’ll now need to log in using an HTB Account with the same credentials as your Enterprise Account.
