If you have multiple declined payment attempts within a short period of time, please contact your bank for further support and allow some time before trying again.

If contacting your bank doesn't resolve the issue, there may be a problem with intermediary payment processor. In this case, speak to an agent, and we will try to help you resolve the problem.
