FAQ

How Can I Apply?

We list all our current job postings on our Join Us page near the bottom. You can also find our job postings on Workable.

On the Join Us page, you can find a list of Perks & Benefits that come with being an HTB employee. You'll also find these listed under each specific job posting, along side a description of the hiring department, the role, and the job requirements.

We hire globally; generally speaking, if you are close to the timezone of the location listed in a job posting, it's worth applying. Some jobs are tied to specific locations, but most of us outside the UK and Greece are remote workers, so shoot your shot!

Not seeing a job posting that speaks to your soul, but want to work for us anyway? Submit your resume to our open job posting and explain why you think you'd be a good fit for the company.

What's the Application Process Like?

The specifics of the hiring process may vary from department to department, with different processes and requirements for each, but at the start there are some standards steps you can expect.

Most potential hires start off by having a conversation with our Talent Acquisition team. This is comprised of an initial interview to learn more about you, and share information with you about HTB and role.

After that, the next step is usually a more technical conversation with the hiring manager, before moving on to the final and department-specific steps of the hiring process.

When Can I Expect a Response to My Application?

As we've yet to figure out how to hack time, we are limited in our ability to respond to every application. After you initially reply, you will receive an email confirming that we've received your application.

The email also explains that we are not able to respond to every application, but we will reach out if we believe you to be a strong match for the position. Therefor, its possible that you may not get a response. Most responses are given within 1-2 weeks.

If you have questions about the application process, you can reach out via the Contact Form and select Careers as the option.
