Self-Service Talent Search Plans

Admins can purchase the talent search License directly from the subscriptions tab here. This allows them to independently review, select, and purchase Talent Search plans—without requiring direct involvement from our sales or support teams

Available Plans

  • Starter (Self-Service)

  • Growth (Self-Service)

  • Ultimate (Contact Sales for Annual Plan)

Purchasing Process

  • Click "Get Started" on your desired plan.

  • You’ll be redirected to Recurly to complete billing and payment.

  • After completing payment, you’ll return to the Enterprise Platform.

  • Once confirmed, go to Manage Jobs to begin using Talent Search. You can find more information on how to start here .


Managing Your Subscription

Cancel Subscription

Admins can cancel at any time via the Subscriptions page. The subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.

Reactivate Subscription

Changed your mind? Reactivation is just as easy and is also done directly from the Subscriptions page. Billing period remains unchanged.

Free Talent Search Trial

  • Admins with an active free trial can purchase a plan at any time.

  • In the final week of the trial, a visual reminder appears on the Manage Jobs page to help transition to a paid plan.

Published Jobs Limit Reached

  • If your plan limit is reached, a prompt will appear on the Manage Jobs page.

  • You can then visit the Subscriptions page to upgrade your plan or contact sales for an annual option.

Talent Search FAQ

Can I upgrade my plan at any time?

Yes! You can upgrade from the Starter to the Growth plan directly in-platform. To upgrade to the Ultimate plan, please contact our team.

If I upgrade, does my billing cycle change?

No, your renewal date stays the same. You’ll only be charged the prorated difference.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel at any time from your subscription settings. Your plan will remain active until the current billing period ends.

Do unused jobs or candidate reach-outs roll over?

No, unused job slots or candidate reach-outs do not roll over to the next billing cycle. You can only use what’s included in your current plan.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major payment methods supported by Recurly, such as credit/debit cards and PayPal.

What happens if my payment fails or I skip a renewal?

You’ll receive a payment reminder for 3 days. During this grace period, access to Talent Search remains active. After that, your subscription will be paused, jobs will be unpublished, and access to candidate data will be restricted.

Can my team members access the same account?

Yes. Team access with role-based permissions is available on all plans, including Growth and Ultimate.

Can I redirect candidates to my own Applicant Tracking System (ATS)?

Yes, you can add a direct link to your ATS in your company profile or job listings so candidates can apply through your existing recruitment platform.

Do I need to have an HTB Enterprise subscription to use Talent Search?

Yes, Talent Search is only available to organizations with an active HTB Enterprise account.

What candidate information can I view?

You can view the candidate’s name, email, phone number, CV, and their HTB journey (skills, labs completed, and overall activity)—as long as they have applied to one of your roles.

What happens to my data if I cancel my subscription?

Your job listings will be unpublished, and access to candidate profiles will be removed. Candidate data will be deleted in accordance with HTB’s data retention policy.
