Who is eligible to receive the Certification Package?
People who have been certified at the Academy for HTB CPTS and HTB CBBH.
HTB CDSA and HTB CWEE are expected to be launched by the end of the year!
What happens if someone who has not been certified places an order?
We send the link only to people who have been certified, before we ship the boxes we cross-check the email that users have placed the order to validate that they have actually been certified. If the mail has not been found in the certified list we communicate with them via email to share with us either the email that they have signed in the Academy or their username. We only proceed with shipping the certification package after we receive those details.
How long will it take for the Certification Package to arrive?
Important Note: T-shirts will be sent separately as it is stored in our warehouse while the Boxes are stored in our offices, thus users will receive two packages.
Delivery time for T-shirts: 1-2 weeks
Delivery time for Certification Box : 3-5 weeks, as the box needs to be assembled and packed properly
How much it will cost to receive the certification boxes:
The whole package (T-shirt and Certification Box) is available at 20 GBP. Based on the country there might be some taxes in the check out around 20%, so 5 GBP more approximately.
Shipping Costs at the checkout will be 20 GBP for Europe and 30 GBP for the rest of the countries.
The total price of the package is too expensive.
The final price of the package is well thought out and analyzed. The actual cost of the package is way more than that, since we want everyone who has been certified to be able to afford it we have reduced it significantly.
I want a different name on the printed package than the digital version:
You need to fill in the name that you want to be written on the physical certification on the checkout but keep the same email they have on Academy.
Process of getting the Certification Package
You will receive an email containing links relevant to your specific certificate.
Once you open the link please read the description and the Important Notes carefully.
1- You will need to choose a size for the T-shirt and click on the “ADD TO CART” button.
Once you click that button a pop will appear in the top right corner:
2- You can either continue shopping by adding more items from the Swag Store or click to check out.
3- On the checkout page you should fill in your shipping info. We suggest the name be the same as the one that they have on the certification.
4- Email is required to be the same as the one you have on Academy.
