How to submit a referral
You can access the reward program by logging in with your account on HTB Labs. After that, visit the page dedicated to VIP subscriptions and scroll down to the business section:
By clicking the button Refer a business, you will directed to a contact form. Be sure to fill out this form with the correct information: to verify the legitimate intent of referring a business, we won’t accept contacts using a public email domain (ex. Yahoo, Gmail, etc.) but only contacts using a private organization domain.
Once the contact form is filled, click Submit to proceed with the referral.
If the form has been filled correctly, you will receive a confirmation via email. Otherwise, you will be informed if we cannot proceed with the referral and you will have the opportunity to fill out the form again with the correct details.
When to expect the reward
Once the contact is submitted correctly, the HTB team will pick it up immediately and proceed with the screening of the referral.
You will be informed when the contact you provided completes the purchase of a business plan. You can expect your reward — in the form of a $300 Amazon Gift Card — to be processed within seven (7) business days from the purchase date.
Prohibited actions for referrals
No duplicate account invites
No self-referrals or use of alternative contact information
No creating multiple accounts for self-invitations
No inviting existing HTB Enterprise Platform users
No inviting fictitious individuals
No actions that damage Hack The Box's brand, goodwill, or reputation
No misleading referrals or promotions unrelated to Hack The Box's main purpose
No violation of applicable laws or regulations or breach of our User Agreement, Privacy Policy, and Acceptable Use Policy
No transmission of unsolicited advertising or spam
No unauthorized advertising via paid search or activities harmful to Hack The Box's brand, goodwill, or reputation.
What other legal information should I know?
Hack The Box retains the right to alter or revoke the rewards upon suspicious activity, not using the program in goodwill, or having breached any of the above terms.
In cases of suspected fraud, further action may result in the suspension of your Hack The Box account and your referral reward being withheld from you.
If you believe you’re owed a referral bonus that hasn’t been paid, please contact our customer support team via our live chat in the app or by emailing [email protected]. In most cases, these issues can be quickly investigated and resolved.
We may, at our sole discretion, suspend, terminate, or change the terms and requirements of the reward program at any time. These terms are published in English, and any translation is provided as a courtesy only. Participants in the reward program cannot derive any rights from the translated version.
The English language version of these terms shall apply and prevail and be conclusive and binding. The English version shall be used in all legal proceedings to the extent permitted by law.
These Referral Program Terms shall be exclusively governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall exclusively be submitted to and dealt with by the competent court in England.
In order to benefit from this referral program, you must be an existing customer of Hack The Box Labs and have agreed to our User Agreement, Privacy Policy, and Acceptable Use Policy. Any additional information provided by you in the course of a referral will be treated in line with the above terms.
