If you've purchased an exam voucher on Hack The Box Academy, you may be wondering how long it is valid for.

Exam vouchers can either be purchased individually, or as a part of a Silver Annual subscription. Like most vouchers on Hack The Box, these have a validity period of one year, starting from the moment of purchase.

If you purchased your voucher as a part of a Silver Annual subscription, your voucher will expire at the same time your subscription does. For more information on subscriptions, please see the dedicated article.

Generally speaking, we do not allow vouchers to be extended past their 1 year expiration. While we may make a discretionary exception for exceptional circumstances, this is rare and is handled on a case-by-case basis.
