Exporting the Network Logs

The method for exporting network logs varies depending on the browser you are using. Here is a step-by-step tutorial for both Firefox and Chrome. Simply follow the instructions below for the browser you are using.

Exporting Network Logs from Firefox

Step 01

Press Ctrl+Shift+I (Windows) or Cmd+Option+I (Mac) to open Developer Tools.

Step 02

Click on the "Network" tab and then click the gear icon. Ensure "Persist Logs" is checked.

Step 03

Reproduce the issue. For example, if you have an issue when accessing a specific page, you must try to load this page again.

Step 04

Click on the gear icon, and then click on the "Save All As HAR" button.

Exporting Network Logs from Chrome

Step 01
