University Enrollment on Hack The Box
We welcome Universities to join the Hack The Box platform to access education-specific services and discounts. Universities can enroll their institution on our platform by registering for an HTB Free account.
To enroll your University on the Hack The Box platform, follow these steps:
Navigate to the University creation form at: https://app.hackthebox.com/universities/create
Fill out the required information for your institution.
Ensure that the Authorization Registration form is reviewed and signed by a verified faculty member.
Application Review Process
The review process for a University application typically takes between 5 and 10 working days. For example, if you submit your application on Friday, June 19, 2026, you can expect a response between Friday, June 26, 2026, and Friday, July 3, 2026.
Once the review is complete, you will receive an email from our team notifying you whether your application was successful or rejected. If the application is rejected, the email will explicitly state the reason for the rejection.
The most common reasons for an application rejection are:
The Authorization Registration form was not submitted by a faculty member.
The Authorization Registration form is incomplete.
Benefits of University Enrollment
Enrolling your University in HTB Labs provides access to special platform features and events. These benefits include:
A dedicated University Mini-Page.
A University Hall of Fame to track student progress.
