Inviting Users

You can easily invite new users to join your existing LetsDefend team. To add a new member, follow these steps:

  • Locate your team and click on the Settings button.

  • Type the email address of the user you wish to add into the provided text field.

  • Press the Enter key on your keyboard, and then click Add member.

  • Click the Save Team button to apply your changes.

Once you save the team, the system will automatically send an email invitation to the user containing their login credentials. When the user accepts, their existing account will be connected to your Team's plan, which automatically upgrades their account from a freemium plan to an Enterprise plan.

Note: If the invited user already has an active, paid LetsDefend VIP or LetsDefend VIP+ subscription, please contact your sales representative for assistance with upgrading their account.

Changing User Role

To change user roles, you need to add them as a Leaders or Members or remove them:

Members do not have access to the Account Management Portal, yet they enjoy full access to our catalog, resources, and community. This user type typically constitutes the majority of your users.

Admins have administrative capabilities. These include adding and deleting users, accessing Learner reporting, customizing learning paths, assigning content, sending assessments, and organizing tabletop exercises.

For the Enterprise Plus plan, you can add as many admins as needed.
You can add only 1 admin for the Enterprise Basic plan.
