Managing your Account on LetsDefend Mobile App

Users can get the LetsDefend Mobile App on the App Store or Google Play.

After Installation, users will be met with the option to create an account or log in to an existing account.

To create a new account on the LetsDefend mobile app, users should click on 'Get Started'.

After that, you will be prompted to a short questionnaire and a quick beginner lesson before arriving on this screen. Click on 'Continue'.

Fill up your profile information, such as your email, name, a strong password, and then click Continue.

Alternatively, you can sign up to the platform using your Google, Apple, or LinkedIn single sign-on authentication.

For the LetsDefend mobile app,if you need to update your name or email address, head to your settings. You'll find options to edit both your name and email. Don't forget to click "Save changes" to apply any updates.

If you forgot your password for the LetsDefend mobile app, tap “Forgot Password” on the login screen

If you initially registered using Google or Facebook, enter the email linked to your Google or Facebook account.

If your account was created with an incorrect email address, unfortunately, you won't be able to reset your password.

On your profile page, when you scroll all the way down, you'll find a "Delete Your Account" button. Click it and enter your password to proceed.

Please note that his action is irreversible, and all your data will be permanently deleted. We have no technical means to recover the data once the account is deleted.
