Canceling your subscription on LetsDefend Mobile App
To cancel your LetsDefend mobile app VIP+ subscription, use the method you initially used to subscribe. You can cancel at any time.
Click on the Profile Icon on the top right of the screen and click on the VIP+ plan that appears. You will see an option to cancel your subscription.
NOTE: Keep in mind that deleting the app or your account won't cancel the subscription.
Requesting a refund for LetsDefend mobile app subscription
Generally, in-app purchase charges are nonrefundable, and no refunds or credits are provided for partially used periods. Refund requests are subject to the discretion of the processor (Google Play or Apple).
For Android devices: Refunds are managed by Google. Please follow their instructions for processing a refund request.
For iOS devices: Refunds are managed by Apple. Follow their instructions for processing a refund request.
