LetsDefend gives you full control over your subscription and payment methods, allowing you to upgrade, cancel, or pause your plan at any time.
Updating Payment Method
To update the payment method:
Visit “My Profile”.
Click the “Edit Billing Info” button on the left.
In the newly opened tab, add your current payment information and save.
Upgrading Your Subscription (VIP → VIP+)
You can upgrade your subscription at any time to unlock additional features.
To upgrade:
Go to the Pricing page.
Click the “Upgrade” button under the VIP+ plan.
Review the details and confirm your transaction.
Canceling Your Subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.
To cancel:
Go to My Profile.
Click “Cancel VIP Membership”.
Select a reason for cancellation.
Click “Cancel Subscription” to confirm.
After cancellation:
You will retain access to VIP/VIP+ features until the end of your billing period.
Once the subscription expires, you will no longer have access to premium content.
Your progress will be saved, so if you return later, you can continue from where you left off.
