LetsDefend allows you to practice learnt concepts on specific Labs, which are available in certain sections of each course.
In these sections, you will notice a button that allows you to connect to the aforementioned Lab:
The same process also goes for the challenges labs as well, you click Connect and give it few minutes to fully load:
Notice that after the Lab is spawned, you will have a couple of options available to you on your Settings, including a clipboard functionality you can use to quickly copy and paste between your Browser and the Lab:
You can extend the lab time by 30 minutes, switch to full-screen mode, or terminate the lab using the buttons shown in the screenshot.
