The option to swap exam vouchers is exclusively available for HTB Silver Annual and HTB Gold Annual subscribers. You are allowed to freely exchange eligible vouchers multiple times until you make a final decision and redeem one.
Eligible Vouchers for Exchange
Your subscription plan determines which exam vouchers you can select for an exchange:
As an HTB Silver Annual subscriber, you can exchange your current voucher for a CPTS, CWES, CDSA, or COAE voucher. The CWEE voucher is not available for this plan.
As an HTB Gold Annual subscriber, you can exchange your current voucher for a CWEE, CAPE, CPTS, CWES, CDSA, or COAE voucher.
Please note that the CJCA voucher cannot be exchanged for any other voucher. Additionally, you can only exchange for an exam voucher that is not currently in your active list of vouchers.
How to Swap Your Voucher
To exchange your current exam voucher for a different one, follow these steps:
Click the two arrows located under your profile avatar.
Choose the current exam voucher you wish to exchange.
Select the new exam voucher you want to receive.
Click the "Switch Exam Vouchers" button.
Select "Yes" to finalize the exchange.
Voucher Expiration Timelines
Swapping exam vouchers does not extend their one-year expiration date. Vouchers will always expire exactly one year from their original purchase date.
For example, if you purchased your original voucher on January 1, 2026, the voucher will automatically expire on January 1, 2027. If you decide to swap that voucher for a different one on June 15, 2026, your newly swapped voucher will still expire on January 1, 2027.
